This includes the full development function from project initiation phase, appointment of key consultants, co-ordination of feasibility models, conceptual design, co-ordination of the tender process to the strategic planning of construction process. With over 15 years of residential rental experience, Shibbolet Estates (Pty) Ltd provides an efficient and effective administration using the latest PAYPROP property management software. Our rental portfolios are managed by dedicated professional, service orientated staff. We are registered with The Estate Agency’s Affairs Board (EAAB) and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. Through our services, we strive to add value to our client’s property investments.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

1. Assessment of property rental potential and market related trends
2. Marketing and advertising of available properties
3. Application process including FICA, employment confirmations and credit checks through TPN and TransUnion.
4. Lease agreements which comply with the Consumer Protection Act (C.P.A.) of 1 April 2011 and The Rental Housing Act no 50 of 1999.
5. Handover, proper inspections and occupation
6. Tenant deposits invested in interest bearing accounts in accordance with the Rental Housing Act nr 50 of 1999.
7. Prompt collection of rentals and accurate payment to owners
8. Management of tenant correspondence and owner liaison
9. Pre and post lease agreement property inspections
10. Manage and co-ordinate property repairs and maintenance
11. Monitor expiry of Lease Agreements
