Mr Rossouw has over 15 years’ experience in private legal practice with specific experience in corporate legal matters including regulatory, finance, mergers and acquisitions (property related M&A included) and commercial/residential property development, management and related aspects. Mr Rossouw also holds the position of COO of Shibbolet (Pty) Ltd, a Pretoria based property holding and Development Company. During 1998 to 2000 Mr Rossouw held the position of a Senior Legal Advisor with Telkom and was, inter alia, part of the project team tasked with the restructuring of the extensive Telkom property portfolio.

Mr Marais obtained his degree in BCom – Financial Management in 1995. He started his career as financial manager in the clinical research industry. During this period he was part time involved in the development of offices and light industrial projects. In 1998 he took up the position of CEO at Shibbolet, a Pretoria based property development company. Over the years he has been involved in various commercial and residential developments. He was one of the founding directors of Shibbolet Property Developments in Stellenbosch.

Howick Oosthuizen obtained his degree in BSc Building Management from UFS in 1997. He gained valuable experience on various projects in North West Province, Gauteng and Zambia, before joining Shibbolet Property Developments in 2001. He held company directorship since 2006 and is in charge of all business operations and developments.

Werner Coetzee is a qualified Charted Accountant. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting from US in 2003 and after completing his articles at PWC, broaden his horizons to Dubai. He gained valuable international experience in FMCG and retail finance. Werner joined Shibbolet in 2013 and is responsible for key financial control and strategic planning.

Gerrie Coetzee obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting from US in 2008 and completed his articles at the end of 2010. He started his career at PwC Century City and joined Shibbolet at the beginning of 2013. He is currently overseeing the rental and maintenance businesses within the group, as well as internal IT solutions.

Rianné Oosthuizen obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from NWU in 2003 and completed her Sectional Title Scheme Management course at UCT. She joined Shibbolet in 2001 and is currently responsible for the development division’s finance and Human Resources for the group of companies.

Nico Maritz hold Certificates in Leadership Development and Risk Control Assessment. He established his career as a Shift Supervisor at Impala Platinum Mine, where he worked for 20 years. He furthered his career as a Maintenance Manager at JM Construction. He joined Shibbolet Estates in May 2016 and is responsible for the planning and execution of this vital support unit to our rental business.

Annemie Coetzee holds a diploma in Marketing Management and Financial Accounting. She established her career in the retail industry, where she worked for 12 years before joining Shibbolet in 2005. She worked her way up in various departments within the company and currently manages the company’s rental and property portfolio.
